How we do it?

IFS has developed custom programming for CNC Swiss-Turn machines that reduce manufacturing steps and minimize post-production processing. Our techniques also reduces the number of machines and operators required. Finally, our administrative overhead is well below industry norms. Our business is based on maintaining a very lean operation.

All of this allows IFS to offer prices that are well below our competitors.

Management

The IFS management team has extensive experience in management and sales of orthopedics medical devices. We also have first hand knowledge of hospital and surgery center administration and the challenges of cost control.

President and CEO, Stephan J. Dresnick, is a well known industry expert and entrepreneur. Dr. Dresnick is best known as the founder and CEO of Sterling healthcare, a company which upon its sales, had company revenue of $350 million. He has also owned hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC). Dr. Dresnick knows the industry and the pressure on health care providers to find cost savings.

Engineering and manufacturing is led by Christopher Endara who has 18 years of experience in medical device industry in R&D, Manufacturing, process development, quality and regulatory affairs. He holds several patents pending and U.S and international patents.

Our sales and marketing team has worked for the leading national medical device companies and have extensive customer relationships. It is led by Kenneth West and Mathew Endara who have both held management positions and received top sales awards from the leading orthopedics and spine surgery companies such as Stryker Corporation, J&J – DepuAcromed, Synthes Spine, Synthes USA, and Nexa Orthopedics.
